Job Overview
Financial Management Officer
Department: Expanded Program on Immunization (EPI) Location: EPI PHQ Directorate Vacancies: 01 Job Responsibilities:- Manage financial operations for the World Bank-funded EPI project.
- Ensure compliance with International Public Sector Accounting Standards (IPSAS).
- Prepare financial reports, budgets, and statements as per donor requirements.
- Maintain accounting records using relevant software and MS Office.
- Coordinate with internal and external auditors for financial audits.
- Ensure timely disbursement of funds and financial monitoring.
- Implement internal financial controls and risk management procedures.
- Assist in financial planning and forecasting for project activities.
- Education: Postgraduate in Commerce/Finance, MBA (Finance) from HEC recognized institute OR CA/ACCA OR BBA/B.Com with 5 years experience
- Experience: At least 5 years post-qualification in Public/Private sector (preferably financial sector)
- Skills: IPSAS, MS Office, accounting software, financial reporting
- Preference: Experience in community-driven development and World Bank-funded projects
- Domicile: Sindh Province
- Age Limit: Up to 30 years (relaxation as per Sindh govt rules)
Training Officer
Department: Expanded Program on Immunization (EPI) Location: EPI PHQ Directorate Vacancies: 01 Job Responsibilities:- Plan, coordinate, and implement training programs for EPI project staff.
- Develop training curricula, manuals, and evaluation materials.
- Assess training needs and identify capacity-building gaps.
- Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness and impact.
- Coordinate with national and provincial training institutes.
- Prepare training reports and progress updates for management.
- Facilitate community-based research and social development training.
- Ensure training activities align with World Bank project requirements.
- Education: Postgraduate in Social Science, Public Health, Project Management, or related technical field from HEC recognized institution
- Experience: Minimum 5 years in programme planning and trainings at national/provincial level
- Skills: Training design, programme planning, community-based research, monitoring & evaluation
- Desirable: Practical experience in community-based research in social development sector
- Preference: Experience working in World Bank Funded Projects
- Domicile: Sindh Province
- Age Limit: Up to 30 years (relaxation as per Sindh govt rules)
