Job Overview
Lead Graphic Designer
Department: Home Department – Punjab CVE Location: Punjab Vacancies: 01 Job Responsibilities:- Lead the design and production of visual content for CVE awareness and advocacy campaigns.
- Create infographics, posters, brochures, social media graphics, and digital materials.
- Ensure brand consistency and visual identity across all communication platforms.
- Collaborate with research and communications teams to translate complex concepts into engaging visuals.
- Manage multiple design projects and deliver within tight deadlines.
- Develop design templates and style guides for the organization.
- Supervise and mentor junior design staff if applicable.
- Stay updated with design trends and software advancements.
- Education: Bachelor's/Master's in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or related field
- Experience: 5-7 years professional graphic design experience
- Skills: Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), branding, typography, layout design
- Preference: Social sector/development sector experience preferred

Senior Video Editor/Animator
Department: Home Department – Punjab CVE Location: Punjab Vacancies: 01 Job Responsibilities:- Lead video production and animation for CVE awareness and advocacy campaigns.
- Edit raw footage into compelling videos for digital and broadcast platforms.
- Create motion graphics, 2D/3D animations, and visual effects for videos.
- Manage end-to-end video production from concept to final output.
- Collaborate with graphic designers and research teams for content alignment.
- Ensure high-quality audio, video, and visual standards.
- Maintain video archives and asset libraries.
- Stay updated with video editing and animation software advancements.
- Education: Bachelor's/Master's in Film Production, Multimedia, Mass Communication, or related field
- Experience: 5-7 years video editing and animation experience
- Skills: Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, motion graphics, 2D/3D animation

Research Associate
Department: Home Department – Punjab CVE Location: Punjab Vacancies: 01 Job Responsibilities:- Conduct research on drivers of violent extremism, radicalization, and counter-terrorism.
- Prepare research papers, policy briefs, reports, and analytical notes.
- Collect and analyze qualitative and quantitative data from multiple sources.
- Support monitoring and evaluation of CVE programs and initiatives.
- Collaborate with stakeholders including government, civil society, and academia.
- Stay updated with global best practices in countering violent extremism.
- Present research findings to internal and external audiences.
- Maintain research databases and reference libraries.
- Education: Master's/PhD in Social Sciences, Political Science, International Relations, Criminology, Psychology, or related field
- Experience: 2-4 years research experience
- Skills: Research methodology, data analysis, report writing, policy analysis
- Preference: Conflict studies, counter-terrorism, or peacebuilding experience
