Job Overview

Head Consumer Credit Policy & Analytics

Department: Consumer Credit / Risk Management Location: Karachi Vacancies: 01 Job Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement consumer credit policies and risk strategies for Islamic banking products.
  • Lead credit analytics and develop risk assessment models for consumer portfolios.
  • Monitor portfolio performance and credit quality metrics.
  • Ensure compliance with SBP regulations and Shariah guidelines for consumer credit.
  • Drive data-driven credit decision making and automation initiatives.
  • Lead the analytics team and provide strategic direction for credit risk.
  • Prepare credit policy reports and presentations for senior management.
  • Benchmark industry best practices and recommend improvements.
Requirements & Qualifications:
  • Education: Master's in Finance, Economics, Statistics, Business Administration, or related

Assistant Digital Transformation Manager

Department: Digital Banking / Information Technology Location: Karachi Vacancies: 01 Job Responsibilities:
  • Support digital transformation projects and drive automation initiatives.
  • Drive digital adoption across banking channels including mobile and internet banking.
  • Analyze customer digital behavior and generate insights for improvement.
  • Coordinate with IT and business teams for project execution.
  • Assist in process automation and workflow optimization.

Department: Consumer Banking / Relationship Management Location: Rahimyar Khan (plus one additional location) Vacancies: Multiple Job Responsibilities:
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships for Islamic banking products.
  • Promote and sell Shariah-compliant banking products to achieve sales targets.
  • Process account opening, loan applications, and service requests.
