Job Overview
Staff Nurse (IPD, ICU, OR) – Rawalpindi
Department: Nursing Services – Inpatient, ICU, Operating Room Location: Rawalpindi Vacancies: 100 Job Responsibilities:- Provide direct patient care in inpatient wards, intensive care units, or operating rooms.
- Monitor vital signs, administer medications, and document patient progress accurately.
- Assist surgeons and anesthesiologists during surgical procedures in the OR.
- Manage post-operative care and monitor for complications.
- Operate and maintain medical equipment including ventilators and monitors.
- Implement infection control protocols and maintain sterile environment.
- Educate patients and families about treatment plans and discharge instructions.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare team for optimal patient outcomes.
- Education: Diploma in General Nursing + Diploma in Midwifery/One year specialization OR BSN Generic OR Post RN
- Experience: Fresh candidates eligible (clinical experience in IPD/OPD/Endo/ICU/Kidney/Liver Transplant/OR/Emergency/Dialysis/Urology/IR preferable)

RN (PACU) – Rawalpindi
Department: Post-Anesthesia Care Unit (PACU) Location: Rawalpindi Vacancies: 12 Job Responsibilities:- Monitor patients recovering from anesthesia after surgical procedures.
- Assess vital signs, level of consciousness, and pain management needs.
- Manage airway, breathing, and circulation in immediate post-operative period.
- Administer medications including analgesics and antiemetics as ordered.
- Detect and report post-anesthesia complications promptly.
- Maintain PACU records and document patient progress accurately.
- Coordinate with surgical team for patient transfer to inpatient units.
- Ensure PACU equipment is functioning and ready for use.
- Education: Diploma in General Nursing + Diploma in Midwifery/One year specialization OR BSN Generic OR Post RN

- Administer prescribed medications including antibiotics and pain relief.
- Educate patients on post-surgical care and activity restrictions.
- Coordinate with surgical team for patient discharge planning.
