Assistant General Manager (CPD)
Department: Central Procurement Directorate (CPD) Location: Karachi Vacancies: 01 Employment Type: Contract (3 years, extendable) Job Responsibilities:- Implement and ensure compliance with PPRA Rules and E-PADS procurement systems.
- Lead preparation, processing, and evaluation of tender documents including e-procurement.
- Manage vendor evaluation, monitoring, and performance management processes.
- Oversee pre-qualification of vendors and maintenance of vendor databases.
- Develop and manage framework agreements for recurring procurement needs.
- Conduct procurement risk assessments and mitigation planning.
- Manage procurement of capital and revenue items for the Corporation.
- Handle blacklisting/debarment cases in accordance with PPRA rules.
- Draft and review procurement contracts and official correspondence with PPRA authorities.
- Education: 18 years education, preferably MBA (Supply Chain Management) or equivalent from HEC recognized university
- Experience: Option A: 5 years post-qualification procurement experience OR Option B: ACMA/ACCA with 3 years procurement experience
- Skills: PPRA Rules, E-PADS, vendor management, contract drafting, MS Office proficiency

Deputy Manager (CPD)

- Prepare and process tender documents for e-procurement.
