Chief Legal Officer (CLO) Department: Legal Affairs City: Multan Vacancies: 01 Responsibilities: Lead MEPCO's legal team. Manage litigation, arbitration, and dispute resolution. Draft and vet PPAs, EPC contracts, and procurement documents. Advise CEO and Board on regulatory matters including NEPRA, SECP, PPRA, and SOE Act 2023.

Chief (Information Technology & Systems) (CIT&S) Department: Information Technology City: Multan Vacancies: 01 Responsibilities: Lead digital transformation initiatives. Manage enterprise IT operations including ERP systems (SAP/Oracle). Oversee cyber-security, data governance, cloud computing, and AI integration. Implement IT governance frameworks and manage SLAs.
