Associate (Legal) – RPS-6

Job Responsibilities:
  • Provide legal advisory services to REDAMCO on corporate, commercial, and real estate matters.
  • Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, leases, and memoranda of understanding.
  • Ensure legal compliance with corporate laws, railway regulations, and government policies.
  • Handle legal correspondence, notices, and represent the company before legal forums.
  • Advise management on legal risks and mitigation strategies for estate development projects.
