Job Overview

Team Lead – Credit Administration Department

  • Department: Credit Administration

Job Responsibilities:
  • Lead credit administration operations for corporate, SME, and trade finance portfolios.
  • Oversee credit documentation, loan disbursement, and post-disbursement monitoring activities.
  • Ensure compliance with internal credit policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Manage credit limit setup, collateral management, and security documentation.
  • Supervise credit administration team and ensure timely processing of credit facilities.
  • Coordinate with relationship managers and credit risk teams for seamless operations.
  • Prepare credit administration reports and dashboards for management review.
  • Implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency in credit administration.
Requirements & Qualifications:
  • Education: Minimum Bachelor's (Master's preferred) in Economics, Finance, Business Administration or relevant fields from HEC recognized university.
  • Experience: Minimum 10 years of relevant work experience in Credit Administration/Operations with a financial institution(s) overseeing Corporate, SME, Trade Finance activities.

Regional Business Manager

Job Responsibilities:
  • Lead regional business development across Corporate, Commercial, SME, and Financial Institution segments.
  • Drive export credit insurance, guarantees, and trade finance solutions for exporters and financial institutions.
  • Manage relationships with financial institutions for FI business and stakeholder engagement.
  • Develop and execute business strategies to achieve regional growth targets.
  • Lead credit analysis, transaction structuring, and risk assessment for complex transactions.
  • Cross-sell EXIM products including ECA-supported transactions and export credit insurance.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify business opportunities.
  • Mentor business development team and ensure achievement of key performance indicators.
Requirements & Qualifications:
  • Education: Minimum Master's degree in Finance, Business Administration or related fields from HEC recognized university. CFA, FRM will be an asset.
  • Experience: Minimum 10 years of relevant banking experience across Corporate, Commercial, SME, and FI segments with strong background in business development, transaction management, credit analysis, and structuring. Exposure to ECA-supported transactions and Export Credit Insurance. Proven experience in FI business, stakeholder engagement, and relationship management.

Manager Claim & Recovery

  • Department: Claim & Recovery
  • Location: Islamabad

Job Responsibilities:
  • Manage end-to-end claim processing and recovery operations for export credit insurance and guarantee products.
  • Lead recovery management team and develop strategies for efficient claim resolution.
  • Review and evaluate insurance claims, assess coverage, and determine claim settlements.
  • Coordinate with legal teams for recovery litigation and dispute resolution.
  • Negotiate with defaulting parties and develop recovery action plans.
  • Maintain claim and recovery records, and prepare periodic reports for management.
  • Analyze claim trends and recommend improvements to underwriting policies.
  • Ensure compliance with claim settlement procedures and regulatory requirements.
Requirements & Qualifications:
  • Education: Minimum Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Law, or related field from HEC recognized university. Master's degree will be an asset.
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years experience, with at least 2 years in leadership role in recovery management.

  • Support finance and accounting operations including bookkeeping, journal entries, and ledger maintenance.
