Job Overview

Senior Associate – NTL (Contractual)

• Department: Franchise Management / Business Development
• Location: Multiple locations across Sindh & Punjab (Karachi, Hyderabad, Dadu, Larkana, Multan, Bahawalpur, Faisalabad, Lahore, Sargodha, Sialkot, and more)
• Vacancies: Multiple

Job Responsibilities:

• Meet assigned business targets by implementing effective sales and business development strategies within the designated jurisdiction.
• Actively monitor franchisee business performance and ensure alignment with company objectives and quality standards.
• Maintain up-to-date records of all franchisees within designated jurisdiction, including performance metrics and compliance status.
• Identify and assess potential areas for business growth and expansion of the franchise network across the region.
• Conduct ground verifications of potential franchisees, provide necessary product training, and ensure smooth deployment.
• Conduct regular visits to franchisees to ensure adherence to SOPs, regulatory guidelines, and operational standards.
• Establish and maintain close liaison with companies, corporate clients, and key stakeholders for business relationship management.
• Prepare and present detailed reports on franchisee performance, business growth activities, and compliance adherence to management.
• Resolve franchisee operational issues and escalate complex matters to higher management when required.
• Ensure all franchisee documentation, agreements, and certifications are current and properly maintained.

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Education: Minimum Intermediate (12 years). Bachelor's degree from HEC recognized university is preferred.
• Experience: Minimum 3 years of post-qualification experience in business development, sales, franchise management, or relevant field.
• Age Limit: 25 years (5 years relaxation already included).
• Employment Type: Contract (3 years – extendable if required) with 6 months probation.
• Skills: Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities; excellent communication and interpersonal skills; proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and business reporting tools; proven business development/sales track record; ability to work independently.
• Preference: Preference will be given to applicants having their own conveyance (Motorbike).
